Job Position – Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Supervise the floor staff and oversee the daily operations of the bar.
* Ensure that all service standards, safety regulations, and company policies are met consistently.
* Act as a key player during peak business times, taking over sections as necessary to maintain service quality.
* Implement management’s directives and strategies effectively on the floor.
* Compile and submit detailed end-of-day and closing reports, providing insights and feedback.
* Dynamic management of service charge and tips, ensuring fair distribution among staff.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or nightlife venues.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining high service standards.
* Ability to work flexibly during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
