Job Position – Customer Service & Coordination Executive

Salary: AED 3500 – 6000
Experience: Must have minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in the same role.
Should be available in UAE to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
• Receiving Booking Confirmations and follow up with Loading/ETD/ETA and Update to customers and agents
• Update Connecting vessel details and follow up with delivery.
• Following up with direct customers/Destination port agents in regard to the quotation sent & once booking is confirmed informing load port agents of confirmation and to pick up or receive the cargo and to load the same on first available vessel and liaising with both load port agents and direct customer/destination port agent.
• Liaising with accounts department & also with export department (if cargo is to be transshipped to another port) to ensure that once cargo arrives at JEA it will be on-forwarded on first available vessel to final destination port and keeping direct customer / destination port agent updated on shipment status.
• Making Nomination reports – load port agent wise & customer/destinations port agent wise.
