Position: Contact Center Agent (Arabic and English – both languages are a must)
Work location: Tafaseel BPO Middle East, Dubai CommerCity
Salary: AED 4000

Contact Center Agent Job Description:
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to customer’s queries
• Management and resolve customer complaints/queries
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify and resolve customer complaints
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up on customer calls, and chats as necessary

Requirement:
•     Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
•     Excellent Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)
•     Proven track record of analytical skills
•     Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback
•     Good organizational skills, knowledge of goal-setting practices
•     Prior experience working as a Contact Center Agent
•     Arabic and English proficiency

Requirement: English and Arabic Tests (Typing and Language assessment)
