· Support the Business Management Team.
· Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting for UP and senior management
· Review accounting transactions ensuring the compliance with the company P&P, DOA and RERA/Authorities Regulations
· Maintain constant communication with the government entities, owners, and corporate clients
· Evaluates accounting policies and procedures to suggest changes in business conditions, processes, and accounting guidance.
· Support the implementation of specific property management and community management software, leading the financial modules implementation
· Support the implementation of payment gateways and control routines
· Preparation of annual service charge budgets. Issue service charge notices.
· Establish and maintain General and Reserve Funds
· Prepares more complex accounting analysis and journal entries.
· Prepares inputs and analysis for financial statements and other internal/external financial reports.
· Review contracts and amendments and utility accounting impacts.
· Enhances internal controls over financial reporting.
· Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or services. Solves more complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
· Provides functional advice to less-experienced accountant positions.
· Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Increases and applies knowledge of legal and regulatory issues and changes in accounting guidance.
· Operate and reconcile trust accounts in the name of Owners Association, including the collection and banking of owner’s maintenance payments and other receipts into this bank account.
· Oversee the Collection of service charge payments for the Owners Association.
· Collect and deposit service charge contributions along with preparation up to date collection report.
· Monitor service charge in arrears and implement collection plans.
· Review and pay invoices for work carried out on behalf of the owner’s association.
· Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports, budgets, and statements.
· Arrange annual financial audits for Corporate and OA.
· Ensure the to maintain and store all records, accounts and registers required by Law.
· Obtaining and renewing licenses and attending to Government registration processes on behalf of the Owners Association.
Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
