Responsibilities:
Perform quality control checks and record
observation for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that product meet
required quality and safety standards.
Perform regular inspection as per product
specification, PRP, GMP requirement in factory.
To ensure relevant training and education
of the food handler
To ensure that the food safety management
system rule is implemented, maintained at factory.
Perform regular microbiological analysis
at inhouse laboratory.
Assisting in Food safety management
system function/ Auditing.
Requirements:
Minimum Master of science in
Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology or related disciplines
At least 1 year of relevant working
experience in the food/Pharma industry.
HACCP and BRCGS / FSSC
22000 LA-training.
Possess good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP.
