Requirements:
✅ Must hold both Light and Heavy Driving Licenses
✅ Valid License Types: Number 3 and Number 6
✅ Licenses must be issued in 2021 or earlier (minimum 4 years experience required)
❌ Recently issued licenses will not be accepted
