Job Positions – Al Ansari Hospitality Careers

1. Inventory Management:

Receive incoming materials, and verify their quantity and quality against delivery documents.
Store items in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

2.Stock Replenishment:

Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain adequate stock levels of essential maintenance items.
Coordinate with Departments to ensure timely procurement of replenishment items as needed.

3. Issuance and Distribution:

Process requisitions from maintenance, housekeeping & other departments and issue materials accordingly.
Maintain records of materials issued and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

4. Inventory Control:

Conduct regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly, in collaboration with relevant departments.

5.Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols when handling and storing materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

6.Store Maintenance:

Keep the storage area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing shelves, to ensure efficient operations.

1.   Kitchen Supervisor
2.   Waiter cum Cashier
3.   Food Dispatcher
4.    Cook – Indian / Chinese food maker
Requirement: Minimum 02 year of experience in UAE.

B: For Hotel Apartments:
1.   Front Office Receptionist
2.   Front Office Supervisor
3.   Housekeeping Supervisor
4.   Housekeeping Executive

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant, preferably in a maintenance & Hotel environment.
Familiarity with inventory management principles and procedures.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Tally Prime
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
