Job Position – ACCOUNTANT with Admin

Accounting
* Report to Finance Officer on all finance-related matters – Prepare invoices, general book keeping ,keeping, VAT, and audit handle VAT and Finance.
* Arrange bank transfer documentation, coordination with various stakeholders and thirty parties – banks, finance chair, CMA & vendors.
* Track expenditures, budgets, and event related spending.
* Prepare month end program report for company equipment (events materials & more) and send to Finance Committee.
* Experienced in finance and accounting software e.g. Quickbooks, Tally, ZOHO or similar.
* Maintain finance and budget planning sheets.�
Administration
* membership renewals – track and document status
* Support Manager in tracking of expenditures, budgets and event related spending.
Additional tasks maybe assigned as necessary.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Accountancy background and experience 2 years minimum
* preferred with general administration experience.
* UAE VAT knowledge.
* Good Communication Skills
* Self-motivated
* Experience with remote working is a plus
* Ability to adopt a flexible working schedule
* Highly organized and able to plan multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
* Software experience (preferential): Quickbooks, Tally, Mailchip, Survey Monkey, Cvents
