Job Description
As a Product Manager/Business Analyst you will be supporting business development and working directly with business owners to shape the vision into a reality. In this role, you will help business develop and execute their product strategy working closely with the other Product leads, other relevant stakeholders and delivery teams. Your job scope also includes
- Work closely with the clients to understand their problem statements and propose solutions
- Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support and lead client workshops/elicitation sessions
- Transform complex business problems into product epics, features and user stories
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with other product managers, engineers, and creative team members to ideate, build, test and launch new features
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure quality of delivery
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and lead/ideate new initiatives within the product management practice
- Support business proposals leveraging using your industry experience and by collaborating with Global teams & other practice
To be considered for this role, you need to have
- MBA from a reputed B-School
- Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO etc. with good exposure to working with multidisciplinary agile teams comprising product managers, marketers, finance, creative, analytics and engineering
- Overall, 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital product management / business strategy
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills working with stakeholders in distributed locations
- Good industry knowledge of one or more industry verticals such as Retail, and Travel & Hospitality
