Job Position – Agile Coach – Delivery

Task & Responsibilities
• Design, establish, and continuously improve New Product Value Steam structures, for iterative delivery of prioritized organizational business outcomes
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to a change of mindset in the organization, in collaboration with FABRIC ReFrame technology evolution change program
• Drive the adoption of organization’s agile blueprint and framework via coaching and training interventions across all levels of the organization
• Enable the design of and mobilize Product value streams via coaching, solutioning and mentoring key roles
• Actively coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters in Agile best practices related to their role
• Launch and reinforce key Agile ceremonies & artefacts
• Create or contribute to and conduct Agile training materials that are tailored to the Bank, including, role
Technical Knowledge and other skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• In-depth knowledge of team-level Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), plus one or more scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum @Scale, Spotify model, etc.)
• Certified as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile
• Intermediate level skills with the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro.
• Excellent flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• A beginner-level certification in 1 or more Agile frameworks (Eg. PSM-I, CSM, KMP, SA, etc.) is a must. Intermediate or expert level certifications preferred (CSP, CSC, SPC, CST, SPCT, PSM-II, etc.) a plus
