We’re Hiring: Homeroom Teacher
Are you passionate about inquiry-based learning and helping young minds grow? The Millennium School is looking for a dedicated PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our team in Dubai.
What you’ll do:
🏫 Lead a PYP homeroom class and build a supportive, engaging learning environment
🔍 Deliver inquiry-based lessons aligned with the Primary Years Programme and our school’s mission and values
📊 Assess and track student progress, giving meaningful feedback and supporting individual learning needs
🤝 Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and staff to create a connected learning experience
💬 Build strong home-school partnerships through regular updates and parent conferences
📚 Keep growing through ongoing professional development
What we’re looking for:
🎓 bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
📜 Teaching certification and/or accreditation
🧑🏫 2–3 years of teaching experience (highly desirable)
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
💛 A genuine passion for positive, inclusive classrooms
