Salary: 8-11k AED/month
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:-
· You will be responsible for deploying projects & supporting systems based on Avaya AURA, OneCloud Platforms as a Project Owner or as part of a team.
· Avaya systems for which extensive understanding & hands-on expertise is required includes CM, SM, SMGR, SBCE, AADS, Remote Worker Concepts in Geo-Redundant Setups.
· In the normal course of duty, additional responsibilities include translating the client’s business requirements into specific system, application or process designs for large, complex or leading-edge solutions.
Requirement
· Bachelor’s Degree in Networks, Communications or Computer science
· At least 4 years experience in Avaya Unified Communication technologies – Actively Implementing & supporting latest technologies built on SIP/SBCE Platforms.
· Record of delivery for clear Avaya AURA Systems
Required Skills :-
· Strong hands-on knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, Session Border Controller, ESS, AADS, G4XX Media Gateways, SIP, TCP/IP protocols & Complex SIP Routing Environments with Integration to Third-Party Systems.
· Conducting testing and development disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and backup systems.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented projects
· Strong understanding VoIP QoS & SIP issues, mitigation strategies & troubleshooting skills
· Understanding of multi-region environments and global connectivity requirements
· Understanding of security/compliance requirements
· Understanding of Network (L2/L3 Routing), WAN, Firewall Routing
