• Manage the CRM, listings and incoming leads for the sales team.
• Basic accounting & Book-keeping experience.
• Arranging, filing and safe keeping of company documents.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO.
• Track stock of office supplies & place orders when necessary.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.)
The candidate must have the following skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop & social media is an Advantage
• Accounting & Book-keeping Skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Office admin/Executive Assistant support
· Tracking Dubai office administrative certificates to ensure they are always up to date.
· Support and lead portal management -scout tenders, proposals submissions, and carry out necessary registrations on behalf of the team
· Play a vital role in the arrangements and inductions of new joiners and the exit process for leavers within the Dubai and GCC team
· General EA support to senior management, including setting up and coordinating meetings

Responsibilities
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
- Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
- Able to read reports, maps and directions, utilize computer systems, and communicate to guests both verbally and in writing to guests.
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

A- Higher secondary schooling or equivalent (Must Have)
B- 3 + years’ Experience in a similar administrative role in an Employee facilities & services environment.
C- Proven ability to communicate in English (Verbal & written)
