Job Position – IT Support

Minimum experience as IT support engineer 2y
Good communication and time-management skills
Good work experience on Windows, MS Office apps, and other IT Peripherals
Ability to manage multiple customers and visit customer for onsite support
Proven experience as a helpdesk technician
Basic knowledge of networking/Wi-Fi/cabling technologies
Serve as the first point of contact for customers
Seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Experience in Hospitality is advantage
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
The role will be based at the Project Site (World Islands) and the incumbent will have to stay and work at the project site. Accommodation & food will be provided by the company. Preference will be given for immediate joiner.
