The candidate must have a good background in communication and event organization mainly focused in B2B, able to work on different channels: digital, social etc.

Key responsibilities for the Social Media part will include:

  • Manage company communication aligned with the guidelines and the objectives
  • Build communication plan accordingly with goals and company needs
  • Monitor competitors’ communication and their social behavior
  • Gather from digital and social channel all valuable news from the market and understand how to exploit them for improving communication strategy
  • Ability to track and interpret KPIs related to the activities managed
  • Accuracy in all the tasks managed

Key responsibilities for the Events part will include:

  • Project definition
  • Management of speakers, suppliers and sponsors
  • Definition of targets to reach and involve guests and speakers
  • Research, classification, organization and archiving of documents and historical information relating to previous events
  • Organization of location set-up
  • Coordination of all activities during the event

Skills and experience required:

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in similar roles preferably in IT B2B market

  • Proven ability in managing successful communication plans
  • Experience in communication strategy and strong knowledge of digital and social marketing
  • Very good level of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility and ability to work on different projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to build strong professional relationship
  • Ability to work in a team, strong drive to achieve common goals
