Job Description:
1. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
2. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
3. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
4. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
5. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
6. Assist in employee retention and development.
7. Supervise recruiting personnel.
8. Organise and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
9. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
