IT Manager

Job Description :

·       Responsible for overseeing both the technical and managerial aspects of organization’s IT department. Ensure that all functions are working efficiently and up to date
·       Plan, direct and design IT infrastructure while simultaneously managing the IT team responsible for maintaining that infrastructure.
·       Ensure IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes are in place and aligned with management and regulatory strategy.
·       Managing complete IT Team.
·       Facilitate cross-functional work with internal teams and external partners.
·       Leads the implementation of new organizational processes and technology aligned with EA and best practices.
·       Manage the integration of new/modified/existing business processes into the ERP/IT infrastructure
·       Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
·       Ensure IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes are in place and aligned with management and regulatory strategy.
·       Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization and external clients to develop solutions for IT needs.
·       IT Manager must ensure that all system and process or procedure is approved by management.
·       Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
·       Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
·       Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems.
·       Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls)
·       Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
·       Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
Liaising with vendors and execute and owns the IT purchases
