Job Position  – HR Personnel Manager

 

Job Details Here

– Manages tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, internal announcements, salaries, vacations, incentives, awards, warning letters… etc.
– Provides guidance and leadership to the HR Services function’s team to ensure effective and efficient flow of work.
– Ensure entire contracts and paperwork are completed as well as returned correctly and on time.
– Handle all issues and problems associated with organizational personnel.
– Maintain knowledge and comply of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with applicable Saudi labor laws.
– Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc
– Selecting and negotiating with health insurance agencies to get the best deals.

Requirements :-

– Saudi National only
– B.A. Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
– Should have relevant experience of 8 years.
– The candidate must be familiar with ERP system.
