Job Position – Assistant FM Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Supervise the HSE, Hard FM and Soft FM staff in the mall
•Assist HSE manager and Mall Manager in identifying FM and HSE needs and scoping requirements
•Provide guidance to Hard and Soft FM Supervisors
•Conduct regular and ad-hoc on-site inspections of mall common areas to ensure adherence to ACCL’s standards and that areas are well maintained
•Ensure that all tenant complaints/ requests made through the Mall Managers or Contact Center are resolved.
•Ensure supervision and inspection with Facility Management oversight staff
•Ensure mall common areas adhere to ACCL’s standards,
•Ensure completion of FM and HSE performance reports, communication of reports to the Regional FM , HSE manager and head of FM
.•Ensure reporting of any critical underperformance or other issues and communicate to Central FM and Central HSE if issues cannot be alleviated
•Ensure correct application of HSE standards and efficiency in the workload allocation amongst the mall HSE staff
Job Requirements:
Education: Mechanical engineering , Electrical engineering
Experience:
•3+ years in mall FM operations for large malls (>90K sqm of GLA)
•Exposure to a tenant/customer relationship management role
•Experience with FM issues/ problems and respective remedial actions
