Are you passionate about hospitality technology and love training & implementing smart solutions?
We’re looking for an Implementation & Training Consultant – Hospitality Technology (Guest Service Application) to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Dubai – Onsite
This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who enjoy training, interacting with hotel teams, and helping properties successfully adopt technology that enhances guest experience.
Who can apply?
✔ Experience as a Trainer OR Hotel Operations Professional in:
• Guest Relations
• Guest Services / Front Office
• Executive Housekeeping
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years hotel experience
• Excellent computer knowledge & comfort with software applications
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Good English (additional languages are a big advantage)
• Willingness to travel & conduct onsite trainings
Responsibilities
• Implement guest service applications at hotels
• Train hotel teams & department heads
• Support go-live and post-implementation adoption
• Work closely with operations to improve workflow efficiency
