Team Leader- Patient Experience (UAE National)

SEHA CLINICS is looking for a Team Leader- Patient Experience (UAE National) to join our team in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading Patient Experience activities, ensuring high-quality patient services, managing patient complaints and feedback, supporting service improvement initiatives and overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and resolving patient complaints and incidents
• Monitoring patient experience and customer service standards
• Supporting patient experience improvement initiatives
• Preparing reports and providing insights to management
• Supervising daily departmental operations
Coordinating staff schedules and training
• Supporting the development and implementation of policies, procedures and service standards
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures
