We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Timekeeper to join Tornado Total Landscape!
If you have experience in tracking workforce attendance, managing timesheets, and supporting payroll processes, this is your opportunity to be part of a company that values accuracy, efficiency, and strong site coordination.
Key Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in construction or landscaping)
• Strong ability to record and manage daily attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave
• Experience maintaining and updating timesheets and attendance systems
• Ability to coordinate with site supervisors to verify manpower records
• Strong attention to detail in monitoring absenteeism, delays, and workforce movement
• Experience preparing accurate time reports for payroll processing
• Familiarity with company policies and UAE labor regulations
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and timekeeping systems
