Location: Al Mazroui Medical Center, Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
Al Mazroui Medical Center is seeking a qualified and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting dentists and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after procedures
Sterilize dental instruments and ensure strict infection control protocols
Take and record patient medical histories and maintain accurate records
Provide chairside assistance and patient support during treatments
Ensure patient comfort and deliver high-quality care
Manage dental supplies and maintain inventory levels
Follow all DOH regulations and clinic policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility is mandatory
Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or relevant field
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred
Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills for record-keeping

Strong patient care and customer service mindset
