Job Title: IT Support Specialist with ADHICS Knowledge

Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist with ADHICS knowledge is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, with a particular focus on systems and solutions related to ADHICS (Advanced Digital Health Information and Communication Systems). This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues with ADHICS software and hardware, configuring IT equipment, and ensuring the seamless operation of health information systems. The specialist will also support general IT functions, document technical issues, and assist with IT projects and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ADHICS software and hardware.
• Assist users with issues related to health information systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and telemedicine solutions.
• Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment and systems related to ADHICS.
• Collaborate with IT and healthcare professionals to ensure the proper integration and functionality of ADHICS systems.
• Document and track support requests, resolutions, and system changes in a ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
• Support general IT functions, including troubleshooting non-ADHICS-related hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the rollout of new ADHICS solutions and contribute to IT project planning and implementation.
• Expertise in ADHICS software and hardware troubleshooting.
