We’re hiring a School Doctor at Al Salam Community School.

We’re looking for a compassionate, calm, and clinically confident doctor to be that steady presence at the heart of our school community.
What you’ll actually be doing:
– Providing day-to-day medical care for students, from routine consultations to emergency response
– Managing and maintaining student health records in line with school and regulatory requirements
– Collaborating with parents, teachers, and leadership on individual health plans and concerns
– Delivering health education and awareness initiatives across the school
– Ensuring the clinic is always ready, stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards
– Being a trusted, reassuring figure that students, families, and staff can turn to
Who we’re looking for:
– A licensed medical doctor with valid registration to practise in the UAE
– Someone calm under pressure, genuinely caring, and great with children of all ages
– Strong communication skills, you’ll be working closely with families across a multicultural community
– Experience in a school, paediatric, or community health setting is a real advantage
– Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong plus
