Job Opportunity – Soft Service Supervisor
We are looking for a Soft Service Supervisor to join our Facility Management team in Riyadh.
Job Details:
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Reporting to: Facilities Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily soft service operations including cleaning and housekeeping activities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and hygiene standards
• Manage and coordinate cleaning teams and allocate tasks effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and operational requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas
• Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Soft Services or Facility Management
• Experience supervising cleaning or housekeeping teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety procedures
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
