Job Title: Help Desk Agent – Facilities Services Management
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Dubai Sports City is looking to expand the team with a dedicated, proactive and customer-oriented Help Desk Agent who will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming help desk inquiries related to facilities management services. As a Help Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing service requests, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely and efficient resolutions. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our clients’ facilities by delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience of at least 3 years in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the facilities management or similar industry
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with help desk software and tools (e.g., CAFM, ServiceNow, Freshdesk).
Familiarity with basic building systems and maintenance processes is a plus.
A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
