Quality Assurance / Quality Control Executive
Works collaboratively and cooperatively as a team lead of the company’s Property QA/QC team.
Assist the Manager, Handover and Inspection in implementing strategies, policies and procedures for the department and ensure smooth coordination in between Development, Consultant, Contractor, Property Owners and other internal departments.
Supervise, monitor and educate QA/QC Engineers on all activities that affect property quality.
Ensure that all tasks assigned to all QA/QC Engineers are completed as planned within schedule and budget. Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
Assure the reliability and consistency of quality inspections by checking processes and reporting quality issues.

Agriculture Research Technician
Seed multiplication of crop varieties of pearl millet, sorghum and cowpea; and more crops if needed.
Seed cleaning, sorting and packaging as per the instruction of supervisor and facilitate the dispatch in consultation with gene bank in charge.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors’ degree or diploma holder in Agriculture/related discipline with working knowledge of English language
At least 1 year experience in seed production

PRO / Visa Coordinator
Work very closely on everything relating to visa applications and medical appointments for new joiners.
Person will be allocated a van and a driver to us to support in this activity.
Support with opening bank accounts for new joiners.
Ideal candidate must know the immigration systems / offices / medical clinics and can navigate all of this and support our new joiners through the process.

Requirements and skills
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
10+ years of experience working as a sales leader.
Strong leadership skills, with at least 7 years’ experience as sales head.
Bachelor’s Degree essential, MBA Preferred
