Job Summary/Goals
Reporting to the Regional Travel Operations Manager, the Travel Analyst provides travel management oversight of the program, enhances and drives projects, ensures compliance to the regional/global policies, procedures, and processes with a focus on customer service and cost reduction.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Support the 24/7 operations and technical escalations, quality and service issues, including the travel service center
- Assisting the operations team in any regional and global service issues impacting travel program and preparing resolution recommendations
- Collaborating and supporting global travel operations team with both regional and global projects
- Support the optimization efforts and process improvements
- Assist in the implementations of new processes or new acquisitions integrations
- Assist in implementing new travel tools, monitor adoption
- Cooperating with travel team to run local RFPs, and to prepare analysis and recommendations
- Assist and cooperate with travel team on service level improvement initiatives (On-Offline travel services)
- Assist with travel communications and any travel related marketing activities
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
Support local and global travel teams in all travel related initiatives

Customer obsession, improved traveler experience, meeting online booking tool adoption goals, aligned with all regional and global KPIs
Skills
High customer service orientation with attention to detail; analytical skills, strong vendor relationship and partnership management skills, strategic problem solving, MS (excel, word, ppt); good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Competencies
- Experience in travel management
- Understanding of travel procurement, travel RFPs/tenders in various categories; ability to analyze travel data reports
- Familiarity with pricing and contracts with travel suppliers
- Innovative thinking and bias for action balanced with a strong customer and quality focus
- Good relationship building with internal customers and suppliers
- Utilize professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company
Experience
At least 5 years in travel related industries (travel management company, hotel, airline)
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Diploma
