Job Position – Receptionist

Providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, and handling incoming calls, transferring them to appropriate employees, overseeing mail distribution, and the flow of correspondence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors to the facility, answers questions, and directs them to the appropriate individuals.
Answers and forwards calls to appropriate individuals, divisions or departments while providing accurate necessary information.
Coordinates between staff and HR department for handling hotel booking, internal purchase orders, and employees’ travel arrangements.
Assists in performing office activities like preparing correspondence, typing, scanning, and filing documents appropriately.
Oversee couriers’ requests for receiving orders, and distributing them to the appropriate person.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Coordinates meetings schedules, and conference room schedules.
Follows office security procedures, and controls access through the reception desk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Excellent communication skills.
Collaboration Skills.
