Hiring Property Consultant : Russian, and Ukrainian
We are looking for Property Consultants/Real Estate Agent. At least 1 year real estate experience in Dubai is highly preferred, however fresh candidates with a pro-active and go-getter approach will also be considered.
Package: Salary + Commission
Essential requirements:
* Familiar with RERA Forms and listing procedures.
* Speak and write English
* Advance skills in MS OFFICE, MS EXCEL
* UAE driving License is a must
* Should be familiar with Real Estate laws and regulations
The job responsibilities will include:
* Speak to prospective clients to list property for sale or rent.
* Market properties to find potential buyers & tenants for property listings.
* List your properties on CRM system as per Rera requirements.
* Conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate price between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants or any other party to successfully close a sale or rental transaction.
* Prepares RERA Forms and collect title deed, passport copy, emirates id of owner for submission to the administrator to obtain permit no. for listing the property.
* Visit developers to source off plan properties and attend new property launches.
* Develop a network of reliable brokers to source and offer properties for sale & rent.
* Maintain high level of business ethics and work within the company’s code of conduct.
