Admiral America Energy is looking for a Product Engineer based in Dubai (U.A.E).
Product Engineers will generate new business and educate customers, providing information about the latest industrial green energy products and solutions. Candidates should have a working knowledge and understanding of a range of Battery Technology, Power Grid & Transmission, Energy Storage Systems, Electric Vehicles. The new energy industry is growing very rapidly and Admiral America Energy working to lead this technology revolution to customers in the Middle East, Africa, India and CIS.
Responsibilities
· Evaluate territory performance and identify new business opportunities.
· Develop business with OEMs and End User customer accounts using appropriate product solutions.
· Successfully build relationships with new customer base and provide necessary sales business support.
· Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines while using sound business judgment.
· Advise customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of specific technology applications.
· Educate new and existing customers on the technology.
· Ability to work with and understand technical concepts, while also being able to communicate them to varied, non-technical audiences.
· Follow up on all marketing leads and provide feedback.
· Plan presentations and special projects, as assigned by manager.
· Work with regional and corporate resources to develop and close opportunities.
· Represent the organization in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.
· Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relevant to New Energy Industry and Admiral America Energy solutions to fulfill the job responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
· 2 to 6 years’ experience of in the automotive or power electronics or new energy solutions field.
· Understanding of Power Grid & Transmission, hydrogen & battery energy storage technologies and electric vehicles.
· Experience with battery, EV or EVS component technology, manufacturing processes, and reliability assessment of equipment is preferred.
· Highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work cross-functionally.
· Team player mentality, but able to work independently as required.
· Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning, presentation and communication skills (written and oral).
· Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
