Job Position – IT Infrastructure Coordinator

Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and servers
- Install and integrate new hardware and applications
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Install and configure systems such as supports GP 2015 ERP applications or Asset Management applications, CRM and Intranet etc…
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards.
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, output, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
- Ensures software applications are functioning properly & securely
- Ensures software applications are being used according to predefined rules
- Works on the integration of existing software solutions
- Works closely with other departments for collaborating IT projects
- Works on prioritizing needs, attending technical and functional problems.
Qualification and Competencies
- 3 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Coordinator or similar roles.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word , Excel, Access, Datase…), SQL Administration, Microsoft Exchange Administration, Crystal Reports, CISCO.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Knowledge of office and administrative practices related to marketing is a plus
- Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with other employees, vendors and the customer
- Marketing, database management and press training desirable
- Team building and leadership
- Multi-tasking, Organizational skills, Flexibility, Creative flair
- Bachelor degree in Computer science or related field.
