About the Role
As a Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to our colleagues.
The HR Coordinator is responsible to assist the Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
- University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft applications will be well regarded
- Understanding of local labor laws
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- A flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach, willing to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
