Roles & Responsibilities.

  1. Recruitment Process
  • Getting the requirements from Management.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Writing job descriptions.
  • Sourcing, Screening profiles of applicants.
  • Coordinating for communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Informing applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
  • Coordinating for final round of interview.
  • Preparing offer letter, negotiating on salaries and placing the offer letter.
  • Handling terminations.
  1. Joining Formalities
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Handling joining formalities.
  • Joining documentation.
  • Applying for new visa Application.
  • Following up with the PRO for visa application.
  1. Trainings & Staff Shuffling
  • Scheduling new products training.
  • Checking if employees needs refresher training, and arranging it.
  • Coordinating with consultants for Hygiene training.
  • Following up with vendors for training certificates.
  • Preparing schedule for training to be shared to the vendors.
  • Processing transfers, making schedules of employee transfer.
  1. Payroll.
  • Collecting attendance reports from salons and maintaining the reports for the same.
  • Processing payroll.
  • Calculating vacation leave.
  • Answering payroll questions
  • Preparing cash commission salaries.
  • Ensuring salons are keeping records of compensation off and sick leaves of employees.
  1. Reports & Documentation
  • Preparing Headcount Report.
  • Attendance reports.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Preparing salary certificates and NOC.
  • Maintaining annual leave reports.
  • Appraisal reports.
  • Gift Card report.
  1. Other responsibilities.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Issuing warning letters, Creating Memo and policies.
  • Report to management and provide decision support.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinating for meetings, trainings and take minutes.
  • Coordinating with tailor for staff uniform.
  • Checking and applying for name badge and uniforms for new joiners.
