Job Purpose
- Optimize office operations, overseeing internal processes, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate external resources and vendors, nurturing relationships and upholding best practices
- Serve as the first impression of our business, welcoming visitors, responding to requests, and supporting coworkers
- Encourage efficient scheduling, workflows, communications, and office operations daily
- Recognize issues requiring immediate attention from routine, and communicate to operational leadership any changes from standard operation
Principal Account abilities
- Handling of Board Lines and transferring calls to respective personnel.
- Receiving the visitors & guests and acting as a link between security and the management.
- Maintain detailed calendars, coordinate schedules, prioritize meeting requests and logistics Updating & Filing of Faxes in the system.
- Ensuring timely and accurately executing any administrative job assigned.
- Purchasing & Maintaining inventory of office stationary & Misc. Consumables duly authorized by Finance Manager.
- Payments follow up with the customers.
- Oversee standard office equipment and supplies, such as printer, ink or toner, paper, etc. Report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department
- Punching of overtime sheets of workers in the system.
Working Relationships- Internal & External
Internal: As a coordinating Link for Dept Managers & Finance & Operation team.
External: Customers.
Skills and Qualifications-
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- · Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
- · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- · Graduation
