Job Description

We are looking for a Flight training Admin Officer to join our Training Team. This post will provide administrative support to ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.

  • Report to the Flight Training Planning and Operations Manager
  • Providing administrative assistance to AMESTF & AMESTL department.
  • General administration for Training Dept. Middle East businesses and activities(includes but not limited to)
    • Creation and updates of the presentations, sheets and letters
    • Filing and Archiving of training files
    • Events Management
    • Expense claims follow up for the team
    • Monitoring the provision of stationery and Marketing items.
    • Training kits inventory follow up
  • Coordinate and arrange all travel logistics for Instructors as required including but not limited to hotel, visa, transportation and flight tickets.
  • In charge of the AMESTF and AMESTL procurement process.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and documentation/presentations to support the operations.
  • Assist the Training Delivery Manager in preparing training files and training kits.
  • Working on improvement, initiating and implementation of the digitisation process to streamline, simplify and harmonize local processes.
  • Perform other functions identified and required by the GM of Training.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in administration role
  • Hands-on experience with Google workspace/G Suite and technical IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in IOS and Android software
  • Solid time management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes under pressure situations
  • Solution oriented, flexible and agile
