JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Developing and implementing BIM execution plans: The lead BIM coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing BIM execution plans, which outline the BIM processes and workflows that will be used on a project.
2. Managing BIM coordination meetings: The lead BIM coordinator is responsible for managing BIM coordination meetings, where the project team discusses and resolves BIM-related issues.
3. Overseeing BIM modelling: The lead BIM coordinator oversees the development and quality of BIM models produced by various project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and contractors.
