Job Position – Car Rental Agent / Customer Service Representative

Location : Dubai
Salary : AED 5,000 – 7,000 monthly
Working Hours : 8 Hours
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for greeting customers, processing rental services, answering & receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals
- Responding to customer question and complain, service vehicle for customer rental and communication with driver for customer pick-up
- Safely moves vehicles between airport and off airport location, transport the vehicle safely within airport and various service areas
