Vacancy for an accountant with 2-5 years of experience with a construction specialties and industrial equipment company. Tagalog speaker with immediate joiners are prefered.

Responsibilites
1. Reconcile all suppliers invoices and accounts statement and releasing payment instructions on due date.
2. Prepares payment voucher in the D365 system by printing cheques and telegraphic transfer. Posting of cheques.
3. Distribute approved cheques, TT, LC for signature.
4. Reconcile, enter and disburse expenses for travel related
5. Verify and check travel statement received from employees.Coordinate with employees when clarification regarding travel expese required.
6. Prepare travel report on quarterly basis.
7. Verify and post GRV and TPI.
