We are looking for a Class teacher and a Resource teacher to work at Qatar-Finland International School starting in January 2023.
Qatar-Finland International School is a K-12 educational institution located in Doha, Qatar. The school follows the Finnish National Core Curriculum combined with local requirements. The school hosts grades 0-12, age groups 5-18 and had the first graduates from Qatar-Finland International High School the spring 2022. The school has over 720 students and approx. 90 pedagogical staff members and around 50 % of which are from Finland. The primary task of the school is to provide quality education as well as to support and develop the education system of Qatar.
Class teacher for grade 4
Your main responsibilities are:
Planning and implementing teaching according to the school curriculum in collaboration with other teachers and learning assistants
Keeping pedagogical documentation up to date
Substituting
Continuous student assessment, follow-up, and recording of student development
Supervising students
Resource teacher
Your main responsibilities are:

Co-teaching
Supporting and substituting pedagogical staff
Act as a point of contact for the school administrative management system
Provide ICT support to pedagogical staff
Supervising students

Are flexible team workers in and out of the classroom
