📢 We’re Hiring: Cost Control Engineer
📍 Location: Dubai
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced cost control engineer to Join our dynamic team and be a part of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and monitor project budgets and cost plans
– Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis
– Track variations, change orders, and claims
– Liaise with project managers, planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate reporting
– Highlight and advise on potential cost risks and overruns
Position Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a contracting company
– Strong knowledge of cost control systems, cash flow, and budgeting
– Familiar with construction contracts (FIDIC is a plus)
– Proficient in MS Excel
– Excellent analytical and communication skills
