Job Position – Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in process-driven, customer-centric industries able to provide great technical support for different Infrastructure Services.
The resource will be working on Rotating shift patterns (24/7):
– 2 days Morning: (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
– 2 days Afternoon: (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
– 2 days Night: (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
– 2 Days Off.
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the Aviation industry and aviation solutions is preferable but not mandatory
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure Operation and Network Support
• Knowledge of Network Connectivity (LAN / WAN)
• Knowledge of UPS and Power related issues
• Knowledge of the existing technology services and current schemes at Dubai Airports, or similar airports/organizations.
Skill level required:
• Hands-on experience in providing L1, and L2 support for network service.
• Level 1 – Service Desk and immediate incident support and response. Resolution with no field supports resource utilization.
• Level 2 – Field support dispatched to resolve the incident with no further escalation required for permanent resolution.
• Project Management coordination skills are preferable.
Qualification and Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Computer Science or Computer Engineering field or equivalent field.
• CCNA Certifications
• ITIL Foundation
