Job Position – Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Providing a complete administration service to the HR function
• Updating and maintaining internal systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data
• Processing new joiners, including preparing offer documentation and updating relevant databases
• Processing vacation and sick leaves, including preparing relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
• Updating personal employee records, by saving relevant documentation to the system
• Producing reports and summaries of activity, as requested by the Managers
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc
.• Assist in payroll functions and final settlements
• Managing visa-related matters
• Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranges meetings, composes regular correspondence, processes confidential reports and documents (electronic and hard copy files), and tracks deadlines
Qualifications
• With Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years related HR and Administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably Arabic speaking• Exceptional organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or other related software
• Knowledge in recruitment process
