Element has an opportunity for Receptionist, to join our expanding operations in Qatar. In this role , you will be responsible for efficiently managing front office operations, in a busy laboratory environment , handling local and international calls and walk-in customers
This role is based in Salwa industrial area , Doha , Qatar
Responsibilities
- Handling the front office operations including calls , couriers and customer visits / queries
- Handle safety induction for visitors in line with the company policy
- Manage travel – local / international
- Raise invoices ,manage filing , attend to calls & fax machines and manage drivers
- Coordinate for office celebrations
Skills / Qualifications
- Graduate with 2 year experience in front office management
- Personable with a flair for customer service
- Proficient in MS Office applications and having exceptional communication skills in English
- Requires excellent typing skills and invoicing experience
