Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the UAE.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
– Previous customer service experience is preferred.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of the driving school industry is a plus.
