Job Position – Assistant IT Support

Main scope:
· Responsible to maintain the computer systems.
· Install and configure computer systems.
· Diagnose hardware and software problems.
· Solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone, with remotely connect or in person.
· Assists in updating detailed lists of IT infrastructure and suppliers
· Assists in maintaining CCTV, PABX, Attendance, Barcode readers and MPS systems.
· Familiar with ISO Audit process and various QHSE standards.
· Installs authorized software on computers and ensures that these are functional and are consistently updated.
· Performs other IT related duties as assigned by IT management.
