□ General education degree or equivalent
□ Proven customer support experience, collections or experience as a Client Service Representative in a real estate property industry.
□ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
□ Familiar with Law No. 6, 2019 is an added factor.
□ Minimum of two (2) years experience in relevant area preferably in a medium to large organization.
