Roles and Responsibilities:• Excellent understanding in various aspects of EPC project especially contractual, technical etc. in Mechanical, Piping, E&I and Civil construction projects in Power plants, Oil Gas Industries etc.
• Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes
• Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule
• Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
• Organizing and managing project as per international project management Standards
• Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined
• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis
• Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process
• Weekly and monthly progress reports
• Responsible for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required contractual HSE Activities and programs for entire site
• Coordination between various internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation, review and updates of various projects documents.
• Documentation and Reporting: Preparation, review and management of various contractual Minutes of Meetings-MOMs, Event Recording, Letter writings, Change order request etc.
• Risk Management
• Quality Management

• Vendor Coordination

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management roles within the structural and civil construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing international projects, preferably in the EPC sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
