The Operations Manager plays a central role in overseeing and optimizing the delivery of pre-hospital care services across all client contracts. Working in close coordination with the Clinical Directorate and senior leadership team, the Operations Manager ensures consistent service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards (including CICPA), and high-quality patient outcomes. This role is vital in leading healthcare professionals, managing operational performance, and supporting strategic goals.
